Join us for the On-site Agora IT Community Meeting

This specialized, co-located event is designed specifically for developers, IT administrators, system architects, and technical teams working on or interested in deploying the Agora digital platform within European University Alliances.

Taking advantage of the Agora Stakeholder Forum happening earlier that day, this face-to-face (and hybrid) session aims to gather our technical community to share development updates, discuss deployment strategies, sync roadmaps, and tackle common IT challenges together.

Why Participate?

  • Technical Deep Dive: Discuss the core architecture, upcoming features, and integration paths of the Agora platform.
  • Peer-to-Peer Networking: Meet the developers and IT coordinators from other European University Alliances to exchange best practices.
  • Shape the Roadmap: Share your alliance's specific technical needs and priorities directly with the core aUPaEU development team.

Are you attending IN-PERSON?

To join us on-site in Karlsruhe, you must complete a two-step registration:

  1. Register on this page by selecting the In-person option.
  2. Register for the main morning event here: Agora Stakeholder Forum Registration (Note: Forum ticket sales close on June 15, 2026, at 10:13 CEST).

Travel Grants Available: There is still budget available to cover travel and accommodation expenses for on-site participants. If you require financial support, you will receive instructions after proceeding the Agora Stakeholder Forum Registration, otherwise please contact their organisers.

Are you attending ONLINE?

If you cannot travel but want to participate in the technical discussions:

  • Simply register on this page and select the Online option. The connection link will be sent to you prior to the event.
