aUPaEU at the XI Unite! Dialogue
aUPaEU returns to the Unite! Dialogue, hosted this time at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya-BarcelonaTech (UPC), in Barcelona, strengthening its relationship with the university Alliance.
Project members took part in the event with numerous activities. They presented the Unite! Agora with an introductory video and a poster and hosted a technical support room. The team also organised a series of strategic and expert interviews, as well as a focus group , gathering valuable insights into the evolving needs of our users. These discussions provided us with a clearer understanding of user expectations and highlighted key areas for improvement, helping us shape the future development of the Unite! Agora to better serve the community.
Under this edition’s theme, "Our students, our soul," attendees explored the range of services available to students in the Unite! Agora, particularly the Catalog for Students and the U! Reading Club. Alongside these two acceleration services, the event also showcased language tandems and staff training opportunities. Each service was presented by its respective managers, who provided insights into their functionalities and impact, demonstrating the real value they bring to the Unite! stakeholders.
aUPaEU is supporting universities to improve and grow faster by providing tools and services for change in Agora: the digital platform that delivers tangible services aimed at accelerating the institutional transformation of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). With support from the European Union, aUPaEU makes Agoras available for free to university Alliances, and Unite agora is already leading the way, with a variety of services for their community.
